The Serbian dinar (RSD) is the official currency in Serbia. Currency exchange can be made in banks, exchange offices, ATM machines which are located throughout the city, at the airport and also at the congress venue itself.


April in Belgrade is the beginning of spring. The weather is mostly nice and sunny but can sometimes be rainy. The temperature reachs xxC during the day and usually doesn’t fall below xxC during the night.


The Congress Organiser cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

For the most updated information regarding visa requirements, we do suggest that participants consult the Serbian embassy or consulate in their home country or via a travel agency for specific details relating to visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if it is required.


Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate in the congress should send a request for an official invitation letter to Please make sure to send us your full name (as printed in your passport), full postal address and passport number.
